Welcome to the Medical Appraisal Revalidation System. The phased roll out of this site to all doctors across Wales is now in progress. Details specific to each Health Board and Designated Board will be added as roll out progresses. You will be advised by your organisation when to start using MARS, until that time if you do try to register you may be asked to wait until your Designated Body is ready to proceed with MARS as their method for undertaking appraisals. Your Responsible Officer should be able to give you more information about when this is likely to take place.
